Why do I recommend Grass-Fed Beef?

Most people need a good source of Protein. Especially those with type "O" blood. Even most "Health food" stores carry beef that has been fed a diet which is rich in grains. Cattle are not designed to eat grains! Feeding grain to cattle is like putting yourself on a diet of Snicker bars. Grains are fed to cattle to increase their weight (fat) for sale at market. Grains may also cause the cow to have intestinal diseases which may require the use of drugs. These drugs are passed down to us via the tissues. Because of this, most beef cuts have a high fat content, ranging from 35-75%, but the majority of it is saturated. Grain fed beef can have an omega 6:3 ration of 20 to 1! This well exceeds the 4:1 ratio where health problems begin to show up because of the essential fatty acid imbalance. Also, grain fed beef can have over 50% of the total fat as the far less healthy saturated fat. Grass fed beef has an omega 6:3 ratio of 0.16 to 1. Unlike Grain Fed Beef, Grass Fed beef is High in CLA , (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), Full of Beta Carotene, Contains 400% more of Vitamins A and E and has virtually NO RISK of MAD COW DISEASE!
